Greek salad - tomatoes,onion,cucumber,feta cheese,capers,olives and oregano.
Ntakos – traditional Cretan ntakos,barley rusk,crumbled feta cheese,capers,tomatoes,tapenade, olive oil,oregano
Fresh salad with lentils - tomato,cucumber,onion,parsley and hot pepper.

Caesar - french lettuse,red lola, green lola,radish,parmesan cheese,croutons,bacon, chicken,classic Caesar dressing.
Parmesan nest – french lettuce,red lola,green lola,radish,cherry tomatoes,sundried tomatoes,caramelized balsamic dresing inside a parmesan nest.
Rocket and spinach salad - rocket,baby spinach,sundried tomato, parmesan,cone and balsamic dressing.

APPETIZERS
Cheese criquettes – three kind of cheese.
Traditional "talagani" cheese grilled and poached in sauce made of Greek dried figs ,pine cone ,parsley and aromatic balsamic vinegar.
Meat balls - traditional meat balls with fresh ground meat.
Mushrooms Porto Bello-stuffed with grilled pepper"Florinis"and garnished in the oven with yoghurt bechamel.
Vegetable milfeuille - grilled vegetables(eggplant,trikolore peppers,plevrotus,zuccini) caramelized balsamik dresing.
Fava with onions echalote – Santorini fava accomparied with caramelized onions echalote and garnished with tomato frame.
Vegetable spring rolls - rizofillo crispy rolls,filled with fresh vegetables. Accompanied with sweet and sour pineaple sauce.
Palotinia chicken – chiken legs stuffed with bacon,mozzarella cheese and nuts,sauteed in butter and gratinated in the oven with a light barbecue sauce.

Traditional handmade " chylopites" pasta with tender veal,butter sauce flavoured with fresh thyme and oregano.
Chicken metsovone - slices of chicken fillet, sauteed with sundried tomatoes,fresh greek yoghurt sauce and smoked cheese metsobone. Accompanied with rise saute.

Liver with rosemary - liver quenched with caramelized balsamic,rosemary flavoured.Accompanied with sauteed potatoes.

Pork shank poached with aromatic herbs and braised in the oven with vegetables,wrapped in grease proof paper.
