Traditional Greek cuisine with a modern twist.
The restaurant is named after a region in Greece located in the most south part of the country called Mani. Many recipes come form our home and a lot of products too like "siglino" which is smoked pork the way our families used to have it. All other dishes focus on Greek traditional recipes always presented with a modern touch in order to be close to our current way of living. In MANHMANH you will taste Fava (yellow split peas) with caramelized onion chutney and siglino, Homemade ravioli stuffed with feta cheese and vegetable sauce, “Kagianas” traditional omelette from Mani with "siglino" and sausage, Chickpeas flavored with cumin, cabbage with green apple vinaigrette and fresh mint, “Tsouhtes” (traditional pasta) with roasted sour mizithra cheese, mushrooms, siglino (smoked pork) covered with a fried egg, 16 hours slowly cooked Lamb with greens, celeriac cream and sauce of its own broth amongst many other dishes. The restaurant is located near the Acropolis Museum in the center of Athens.
