We are a leading travel agency, tour operator and mountain bike rental in the lake Mývatn area.

We offer a selection of guided tours in north Iceland for people of all ages, physical capability, and interests. Be it hiking, biking, caving, whale watching, rafting, husky dog sledding etc. we can arrange it for you in a timely and professional manner.
Iceland winter holiday packages are available and summer holiday packages are tailor made upon request.

Our tours: Mývatn Activity offers a variety of tours. We offer tours all year round in different conditions. In summer we have Hiking tours, Mountain biking tours and super-jeep tours, Whale watching, Puffin spotting, Sea angling, Boat trips, Sightseeing flights with airplane or Helicopter, white water rafting and much more. In Winter we offer snowshoeing tours, nordic skiing, private super-jeep tours, Husky sledding tours and getaway packages in co-operation with local hotels and guesthouses.

All tours are conducted in English.
Mývatn Activity offers hiking, mountain biking and private super-jeep tours in the region of Myvatn.
Lake Mývatn and the surrounding area is one of the most beautiful areas of Iceland, known for the steaming lava, hot springs, fissures and formations, flora and fauna and great hospitality. after spending time here travelers normally regret having to leave, wanting to stay a few more days.

Our tours and activities vary in length and difficulty, suiting people of all levels. If you are in a hurry and don´t have the time to spend the day on a tour, the short intro tours are a great way to get to know the nature and beauty of the area. For all our tours we recommend you bring sturdy shoes, warm clothes, hat and gloves as the weather in Iceland is quite unpredictable. One of our motto´s is: “It is never bad weather, just people that are not dressed properly”

Our mountainbikes are all KTM high quality bikes. All participants in bike tours must wear a helmet. Our guides carry tools for maintenance and of course an emergency kit for first-aid.

Our scheduled hiking- and biking tours are offered from April to September according to schedule. You can ask for tailor made tours and excursions and we are happy to assist in any way we can. During the winter time we offer tours on nordic skis, snowshoes, super-jeep or snowmobiles in the Mývatn area.
