You will be picked up at your hotel/guesthouse in the greater Reykjavik area 19.00 – 19.30. We will drive to Vitinn Seafood Restaurant. After dinner, we will start the hunt for the Northern lights (Aurora Borealis) out on the Reykjanes Peninsula. All we need is a clear sky, some stars and all the darkness we can find and a bit of patience. This might take us for example to the bridge between the two continents , the edge of the Reykjanes Peninsula, or somewhere totally different, all depending on the cloud conditions. We will at least do our best to find the Northern lights.
Price: 26.900 ISK
Departures: Every day Sept. 15th. – Apr. 15th. except Sundays, unless for a group of 8 pax or more. Pickup 19.00-19.30.
Duration: Approx 5 hours.
Included: Guided mini bus tour (english) and 3 course dinner.
Not Included: Drinks, except of course our fresh Icelandic water.
No minimum. Max: 22 pax.

Ideal for small groups to enjoy a local seafood restaurant in a small fishing village on the Reykjanes Peninsula, only 50 km. away from Reykjavík and 5 minutes drive from KEF airport. A tour like this in small numbers, means that we can have it as flexible as we want to or need to.
Further details: We try to be at the restaurant at 20.00. The Dinner takes about 1 1/2 hours. That gives us 2 1/2 hours to hunt for the Northern Lights on our way back to Reykjavik. But as flexible as this tour can be – it might take us 3 hours or even maybe 4 hours.
Please note that the Northern Lights is a natural phenomenon and there for that is no way to guarantee sightings.
BUT we can guarantee you a fun ride and a good meal.
