Declared Heritage of Cultural Interest (III-I C. b.c.), it is one of the few Low Iberian Settlements excavated in Andalusia. The very well preserved structures and materials show the complex urban development of the time and the differentiation of the rooms designed as storages or working and habitat places (flour mills, reservoirs, amphora stores, looms,…). The buildings have a stone plinth foundation, elevated with clay or mud brick walls, keeping in some cases the recess of a window, a doorway or even the holes for the wooden beams which supported the first floor.
