Peploe's was an ambitious project as the basement restaurant was formerly a bank vault and once housed an 18 tonne steel door. 350 tonnes of concrete had to be removed and so Peploe’s was born in 2003.

St Stephens Green has many fine restaurants but Peploe’s has remained a stalwart favourite with visitors and locals alike from the first day of opening. The atmosphere is always buzzing with an eclectic menu on offer.

Wines are imported directly from Europe, selected carefully to work with the Chefs dishes.
