Join this small group tour (14 persons max ) and travel 6,000 years back in time to Ancient ( and Medieval ) Ireland where you will visit Magalithic Temples ( Newgrange -- UNESCO World Hertiage Site ) ,Iron Age Royal Coronation Site of the High Kings of Ireland ( Hill of Tara ) Sacred Mounds , Holy Wells and Fairy Trees . We will also visit Trim Castle (scenes from Braveheart the movie were shot here ) and the monastic ruins of Bective Abbey . Your guide will introduce you to the Gods , Goddesses and Heroes of Irish Mythology and the fascinating World of Celtic Spirituality, Paganism, Druidism , Celtic Christainity and St Patrick .
