Nestled above M O’Brien’s, one of Dublin’s best loved bars is The Sussex restaurant, a well-known, traditional inspired restaurant with a real passion for good, honest, Irish cuisine. Located on Lesson Street Bridge in the heart of Dublin, this city gem is a smart bistro style haunt which offers unforgettable fare in a relaxed and welcoming setting. The Sussex embodies everything that is great and good about Ireland - peerlessly fresh and wholesome food, cosy surroundings, warm firelight, unique cocktails and craft beers, delicious fine wines and the best poured pint of Guinness in Dublin’s fare town. A reputation for fresh seafood prepared simply and expertly and a killer steak or homemade burger that will leave you dreaming of returning soon. The Sussex exudes a real passion for good honest Irish food which is hugely evident with their Lunch, Dinner and Early Birds menu offering. The Sussex is open for lunch Monday - Friday from 12pm. Dinner is served Monday to Sunday 5pm - 11pm.
