Outside Imagery is based in Boulder and offers a full range of custom photo tours, hikes and auto tours designed just for you. Get picked-up and dropped-off at your location and on your schedule. Year-round. Every private tour includes professional photo instruction and transportation.

Our most popular nature tours include Rocky Mountain National Park, Indian Peaks Wilderness, Mount Evans Wilderness and just about anywhere along Colorado’s Front Range. Popular nature tours cover subjects like landscape photography, fall foliage and wildflower tours, Colorado’s wildlife and even night photography. Our Denver tours include the 16th Street Mall, Civic Center Park and sunrise or sunset tours from City Park. It’s up to your schedule and interests. Nearby Boulder features Chautauqua Park, the Pearl Street Mall, CU campus and many hidden gems. Both our Boulder and Denver tours offer day trips to Rocky Mountain National Park and nearby mountains.

Private photo and custom auto tours are half-day and full-day. Tours are for 1 to 3 people. Pick-up & drop-off is at your location and convenience, including DIA (Denver International Airport). Outside Imagery tours are a mix of auto touring, sightseeing, walking and photo instruction. It’s up to you.

John has lived in Boulder for nearly 40 years and has professionally photographed Colorado for 25 years, ensuring a once in a lifetime Colorado sightseeing experience. Pricing is simple. Full-day tour is $350. for one person. Half-day is $275. for one person. Each additional person is $50.
