Our mission is to share with the world our passion for craft beer, love of innovative crave-able food and devotion to service and community. Local ingredients are featured on the lunch, brunch, dinner and kids menus and the full bar with 30 taps feature house drafts and rotating guest beer. We believe in FATE. We think in the right circumstance, anything is possible. We understand the value of a good meal and a connection with one another. We see craft beer as the perfect accompaniment to life’s adventures. It’s something that brings together people from all walks of life. A meeting or a celebration over a beer often leads to great ideas—ideas that some may call “fate.”

We aim to produce beer people like to drink. Beer people seek. Beer that is unexpected. The craft brewing industry is going places and we are proud to be a part of it. We see creativity and product innovation as an imperative to running a successful brewery. We find inspiration for new recipes all around us, from unique ingredients to community members to our scratch kitchen.

Our kitchen team is led by New York trained Chef Arik Markus. His 23 years of experience began with an internship that turned into a long tenure at Restaurant Daniel alongside Chef Daniel Boulud. From there he continued to refine his classic French technique under Eric Ripert of Le Bernardin. Spending time in the food meccas throughout the US, including San Francisco, Markus honed his chef-style with a focus on fresh, hyper-seasonal, sustainably sourced ingredients. As an active member of Chefs Collaborative, a national non-profit network of chefs dedicated to improving the food system, Arik is positioned at the intersection of culinary innovation, nutrition, sustainability and supply chain management helping people become more aware of where their food comes from. His passion for developing young chefs, building consistency though systems and growing restaurants thoughtfully gives our brand the foundation to take the next steps from one kitchen to many over the next few years.
