Let us welcome you and your next event through our oversized Hangar doors, large enough for a full-size jet. Covering a total of 18,500 square feet, the new Hangar at Stanley is a dynamic event space in the heart of Stanley Marketplace. The venue is the ideal space for all types of events, ranging from small receptions to large galas. The Hangar at Stanley is a wonderful place to mix the old with the new. Stanley Aviation sits right by the former site of the original Denver airport's main runway. Our Hangar doors, built in 1954, open onto what used to be a jetway that led directly to runway 26. Bob Stanley's test planes used to take off and land from this very spot; he was even known to occasionally sneak his plane out along the runway for a private late night flight. We're eager to help you create new memories in this special place.

When you select The Hangar at Stanley for your event we require you to select any one of our ten caterers for food service. (please see website for full catering list) Then all décor, entertainment, floral, dessert, photography and such is provided by anyone you need.

Beverage Services: For alcoholic beverage services, you will arrange this directly through the venue. The venue will work with the client to provide 100% of the bar product and services. Should your event not require a bar, the caterer will be able to provide full food & beverage services.

We do require you to have a planner - it could simply be a "day of" coordinator and you can hire on who you want, or we can assist with recommendations for planners or any services you need. If you would like recommendations on these vendors, we can certainly help.

Our exclusive rental company is Event Rents.

We do require you to have a certificate of insurance, like most venues will. During this preliminary planning time, I would drop around $200 in the budget for the insurance and then to acquire it is a simple three step, on-line process. But something to include in the planning/budget for sure.
