The Infinite Monkey Theorem is an urban winery founded in Denver, Colorado, with a second location in Austin, Texas, that is focused on making quality wines without pretense. Named for the mathematical theorem, The Infinite Monkey Theorem believes in creating beauty out of chaos.

Founded in 2008 by winemaker Ben Parsons, The Infinite Monkey Theorem winery removes the variables that don’t effect the winemaking process - the vineyard location, the rolling hills, and the tasting room covered in granite and marble. Most importantly, it gives the winery access to the city and the city access to the winery. The Infinite Monkey Theorem believes the community surrounding the winery helps define the wine’s quality; the wines are not only expressions of the local fruit, the process, and the personality of the winemaker, but also expressions of the people drinking the wine. They’re not a serious bunch, but they make seriously good wines.
