In 2010, Crown Maple created a new maple standard by introducing estate- produced, select quality maple syrup from their 800 acre organic maple farm in New York's Hudson Valley. Today, Crown Maple presents a unique & distinctive selection of maple products by pairing the best from nature with artisan craftsmanship and state-of-the-art technology.

On Saturdays and Sundays year- round, guests are invited to Madava Farms, the Home of Crown Maple to taste "quite possibly the purest maple syrup on Earth". Take a tour of our facility or explore the breathtaking views & hiking trails surrounding the farm. Relax on the scenic patio while enjoying a maple- inspired lunch from the cafe, sip on a Crown Maple beer or cocktail and roast a marshmallow over our inviting fire pit. Before you leave, be sure to take a look around our retail store, where you'll find tons of maple products as well as a variety of great local products made here in the Hudson Valley.
