Walking Stick Adventures offers tipi camping for families and small groups, school and youth outdoor education programs and summer camps for children. Our tipi sleeps 6 comfortably and sits next to our pond and 4 acres of prairie and woods. It is single, private site that is equipped with cooking equipment such as dutch ovens, grills, fire ring, dishes, cookware and chairs and tables. We also offer recreational equipment for the pond, including fishing equipment, kayaks and canoes. There is running water, a rustic restroom and outdoor shower as well as electricity. Our tipi camping site is set up to give families and small groups an intimate, traditional camping experience unlike any other.
During the summer, we offer camps for children ages 6 to 11. Each camp is different in length and theme and encourages outdoor experiences and skills depending on how much structure and time away parents are looking for.
