Our rear gazebo porch is a popular place all day long, especially in the early mornings and right before dusk when the deer and wild turkeys wander through. Relax on the patio to the water sounds of our goldfish pond. Stroll our “art-walk” in the woods while taking in the forest surroundings or meander through the vegetable gardens. Get some shade on a restful bench under the grape arbor or some sun on the sunny garden patio bench out front. Play horse shoes or borrow our bikes (or bring yours) to enjoy the miles or local trails. Weather-permitting, we often light a bon-fire on weekend evenings spring through fall. In the winter curl up with a book from our library in front of the fire in the parlor; or borrow our cross-country skis or snowshoes to enjoy the trail we keep up. Slide into a comfy robe after a fun day out and about.
A snack/beverage area is available 24 hours for your enjoyment of various things like fruit, granola bars, cookies, select coffees, teas, and cocoa. Of course, a full, hot, farm-style breakfast is included.
