Tupelo Honey Teas is a small Tea Shop and Cafe serving loose leaf tea as well as vegetarian and vegan food and sweets. It is a cozy ten seat cafe that is connected to the Millvale Community Library and accessible through an adjoining door.

The Tea Shop specializes in custom blended teas. The motto is if you don't like tea, you haven't found the right one, yet. The staff are passionate about fresh, hand blended, flavorful, exciting teas. Also available are a variety of teas from all over the world making the tea room one of the best places to visit in Pittsburgh. (Please call ahead if you would like to custom blend a tea.)

The cafe makes homemade from scratch food reminiscent of what you would eat from grandma's kitchen... except it is all vegan and vegetarian. Even the hardest core carnivores have eaten and enjoyed the chickpea salad sandwich.

Located in the emerging town of Millvale, an old blue collar mill town on it's way to becoming an eco-friendly mecca, there are many other things to do in town. Between the candy shop set in the 1960's to the record store where you can pick up vinyl to the music venue, Mr. Smalls Theater, owned by Liz Berlin and Mike Speranzo. The town itself is a place to step back in time.

Tupelo Honey Teas hosts a variety of events, including Bluegrass Brunch, Knitting Night (Stitch and Bitch), a monthly theater group Steel City Shakespeare, Book Club, etc. Special events such as Ok-TEA-Beerfest, Kombucha making class, Tea Cocktail classes, etc are listed on the Facebook page.
