Butch Annie’s is a vibrant Brooklyn-style burger and rib joint sited on Market Street in the centre of historic Cambridge. The focus here is simple, to source the best ingredients from some of the country’s finest small-scale producers, keep the menu concise and the choice exciting.

The unique features of Butch Annie’s are the provenance of our beef, the addition to the menu of Iberico burgers and ribs, an equal selection of vegetarian burgers and a select range of small-scale, award-winning craft ales and lagers on tap. To complete the experience, we offer a choice of farm-pressed ciders, natural wines and a select range of fine bourbons, soft drinks and thick shakes.

Burger lovers enjoy 28-day aged beef sourced from the finest native breed Herefords that are traditionally farmed and chemical free. The world-renowned Iberian black pigs, which freely roam the vast Dehesa plains of Extremadura, Spain, feeding on a natural diet of acorns, provide for our special Iberico burgers and ribs.

The menu is concise, with 8 best beef and Iberico burgers, 8 vegetarian burgers plus prized Iberico baby back ribs. Sides include Skin-on-Chips seasoned with Maldon Salt, Rosemary Salt or Za’atar, and Butch’s twist on the traditional onion ring, Onion Popcorn - chickpea and beer batter-coated onion pieces, served with a cumin-spiced yogurt dip and wedge of lemon.
