Harbour View Newlyn directly overlooks Newlyn Harbour and Mount's Bay.
It is a traditional Cornish mid terrace house built about 1860 over 4 floors. Situated directly on the harbourside, in the working community and fishing harbour of Newlyn, it is in an elevated position with outstanding sea/harbour views in all directions.
All front rooms have 180 deg views across the harbour and Mount's Bay – sit in your bay window and watch the beam trawlers, lifeboat, crabbers come and go.

We are on the coast road between Penzance and Mousehole in SW Cornwall. Penzance, with the main train/bus/coach station and taxi rank just 2 miles away, has a bus route directly here (No. 6 Newlyn Red Lion stop).

You will be met with a friendly and relaxed atmosphere - we try to cater for all needs – we have a guest lounge, 24 hour coffee/tea facilities, free Wifi. All double rooms have sea views, private or en-suite facilities, TV, CH, tea/coffee tray, hairdryer, toiletries and alarm-clock radio.

Fishing, water activities, boating, walking, cycling, golf, golden beaches - the best are 4-8 miles away.
Close to Land's End and St Ives (10 miles) and all amenities that a large town can offer. Newlyn is in a village with some shops and plenty of pubs which serve food, plus 2-3 restaurants.
Parking is in a local car parks.

Rooms
We have 2 doubles, 1 twin and The Flat sleeping 2/3/4 persons.
Room 1 King-size front Double with shower and basin in the room, seating in the bay window and your own private toilet 4 steps across the landing.
Suite 5 front Double ensuite room with large bay window, seating, rear dressing room and shower room in between
Suite 3 Twin ensuite with one bedroom each, plus private bathroom.
Suite 4 The Flat - 2nd Floor apartment (minus kitchen) sleeping 2/3/4, with front king-size double room, living room with single bed, fridge and 4-seater settee, rear single room, and private bathroom.

Meals
We provide a generous full English breakfast or continental and cater for vegetarians etc.
Full English breakfast, cereals, yoghurts, fresh or tinned fruit, percolated tea/coffee, toast with jam/marmalade and orange juice.

Location
We are ideally situated for walking or cycling the South West Coast Path, shopping/exploring Penzance, departure for the Scilly Isles and exploring the rest of West Cornwall, St Ives, The Lizard and down to Land's End.
