The Old Vicarage is a 150 year old former Victorian rectory, this impressive silver-granite building is a family run licensed AA four-star Guest House which has been offering a warm welcome to guests for over 45 years. The Old Vicarage offers quality en-suite accommodation with parking and award winning breakfasts.

Set in its own peaceful grounds with ample free parking, the Old Vicarage is situated in a quiet residential area on the western edge of town. Close to the coast path and walking distance to the town centre and beaches. The Old Vicarage is also ideally placed for visiting Land's End, the Minack Theatre, the Eden Project and the Isles of Scilly because, being located on the edge of town there is no need to negotiate very narrow streets of St. Ives town centre.

The Old Vicarage has recently undergone considerable refurbishment, as well as an entire new roof. All the bedrooms are tastefully decorated with every modern convenience, all are fully en-suite with showers and three also have a bath. We are also able to offer a king-size bed in one of our larger bedrooms. You are welcome to make use of our bar, residents lounge and relax in our own pleasant, peaceful gardens.
