Seabirds House is in one of the best possible locations in St Ives. Views from 4 of our flats are stunning, 180 degrees round from the Porthmeor surf beach to the picturesque harbour and around St Ives Bay.
The flats are not luxurious but they are bright, cheerful, comfortable, and have all you need for a holiday. And the prices are not eye watering, as many places in St Ives now are! About a third of our visitors are repeat bookings - many have been coming for 10 years.
We have 6 flats. Two have two bedrooms, wonderful sea views, and include a parking space. 3 have one double bedroom and again, great sea views. The smallest flat has no view, but is a cosy convenient little home, at an economical price.
All are just 5 minutes from beaches, harbour and the little town. Coming back may take longer as it's a steep hill - hence the stunning views.
St Ives has to be the perfect English holiday town. It has a choice of lovely beaches, magnificent cliff walks, lots of excellent restaurants, most open all year. There's the famous Tate St Ives art Gallery, and Barbara Hepworth's lovely sculpture garden - both less than 5 minutes from Seabirds House. And it's a lovely little town with quaint winding streets, fascinating arty shops, and sensible butchers, bakers and candlestick makers too!
