We are Southend's premier Yoga Studio, offering Yoga for all ages and levels, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Pilates, Tai Chi and other Holistic Therapies. We also offer a Yoga Teacher Training Programme as well as Yoga Foundation Courses and 'Introduction to Yoga' courses.

We have been open since December 2012 and are very much a community based centre, with our students at the heart of us. Yoga has grown in popularity enormously over the last 5 years and is becoming, very much more the 'go to' therapy for so many of the physical, mental and emotional stresses and strains we are experiencing within our day to day lives.

We can offer a good opportunity to stretch and strengthen to compliment any other sport activity and we can offer a place of calm and peace for those needing to unwind and relax a little.

Throughout the year there are various Yoga and Meditation Workshops on offer and these are all open to the public and can be found on our website.

We are blessed to have an amazing Seafront Location with a beautifully designed and appointed studio, with windows looking out to the beach. Our reception and entrance is in Plasnewydd Road. We can offer you a warm welcome, an extensive Yoga library, therapy room and toilet and shower facilities. We also sell complimentary products as well as Yoga aids and clothing.

We are open for 'early bird' classes most days and offer many different disciplines of Yoga, including Hatha, Sivinanda, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Restorative, Therapeutic, Pre-natal & Post Natal Yoga, Hot Hatha, Gentle Yoga & Teen Yoga and we are the only Yoga Studio offering a Mysore style Ashtanga Yoga Class.

We also offer Pilates and have two very popular and experienced teachers offering support for all levels of Pilates from beginners to advanced. We also offer Vertical Fusion Pilates.

Although we have a very strong committed membership, we are also used to welcoming many Students who are visiting Southend on their holiday or visiting relatives locally. We can offer you a warm welcome and a Drop-in fee for any class you wish to try.
