The swimming pool was refurbished in 2016 new entrance so no longer have to go via the pub.
Our Home from home, it could be your home from home too!! The caravan consists of 3 Bedrooms and sleeps up to 8 with a pull out bed in lounge.

Photo of front room is an artists picture from Willerby website so unfortunately no lake views. I just haven't been able to get a good one of the front room that gets everything in like this image. Everything is the same though except the views from window.
Please contact me for dates even if says PROVISIONAL on calendar as this means currently Havens will be letting for us but we would prefer to private let for these dates so please contact me or could be a date we are planning on going which we could change!
Location
We are situated in a Safe and Convenient Quiet location, Own Driveway,Decking front and side, Large Grassed area to right of caravan and in front, 32amp electricity supply, South Facing so get the sun all day, 2 Mins walk from beach and main centre.

Same Sex Groups please contact me so i can make a decision on letting. Depends on quantity time of year etc etc

They spent 10 million on the beach in 2014 so we now have a lovely beach :)

If you wish to have a food shop delivered to the van for your stay this can be organised. You can select caravan from Tesco delivery drop down box and you just need to enter the address. We have it delivered every time we go. For a small charge of £6 I can organise my cleaner to take delivery between 10-11am unpack and put away prior to your arrival


LOUNGE AREA
The Lounge area is stylish and inviting with designer soft furnishings, luxury sofas (including pull out sofa bed), an electric modern fire, luxury cabinets, Entertainment unit with 42" TV with integrated freeview and DVD Player, XBOX 360 and many games (IF YOU HAVE ANY SKYLANDERS PLEASE BRING WITH YOU SO YOU CAN PLAY IT)

KITCHEN/DINING AREA
The kitchen is a modern fully integrated kitchen with integrated fridge freezer, gas hob and oven and a dishwasher. There is a modern dining table in the kitchen with 2 chairs and a bench. There is also a built in microwave, kettle, toaster, full range of plates, Slow cooker, oven & Hob, fridge / freezer, glasses cups, cutlery etc.

BEDROOMS
There are three bedrooms, including a double bedroom and two twin bedrooms all with central heating

Master Bedroom
Has a double bed and free Standing wardrobe, Radiator, mirror, Hair Dryer & Holder and shelves for storage. En suite toilet/sink. Bedside lamps.

Bedroom one
Has two single beds, free standing wardrobe Radiator. Nightlight

Bedroom three
Has two single beds, free standing wardrobe and radiator. Bedside lamp.

BATHROOMS
1 Main Bathroom with Double Shower Toilet and Sink
Ensuite to master bedroom.

Heating is Central heated throughout, Electric fire in lounge and heated towel rail in bathroom

You can check in from 1pm on the day of your arrival (you are welcome to use the park prior to this time )
