Hidden away in the backstreets of the Lace Market is where you will find dimly lit Last Chance Saloon, an independent with an authentic speakeasy-esque saloon feel, an underground venue in a grade II listed building with distinctive western decor. Although don’t be expecting the wild wild west, cowboys & cheese, expect the largest American Whiskey collection in this part of the country. A cocktail list that spans across 200 years embracing the Whiskey classics of old and a cutting edge in house cocktail menu created by award winning bartenders. Drinks using innovative techniques that result in drinks like you've never tasted before, from faux ales, Serrano washed Scotch to Irn Bru Vodka and as well as a Gin’oncello Prosecco libation with Passionfruit air. Wine, champagne and beer are also available if you don’t fancy spirits. Drinks experts are on hand to help you choose from the wide selection at your fingertips.

The Bourbon is complimented by an innovative Bacon led food offering served until 11.30pm every night. Inspired by a visit to Hell’s Kitchen, NY, a brainchild of a husband & wife team with 20 years combined cocktail bar experience saw it only appropriate to make the beautiful marriage between Bacon & Bourbon official all to a rock & roll soundtrack. Anything from Bacon wrapped Hot wings to Bacon Sushi – anything goes.
All food produce is locally sourced where possible, and designed to be eaten socially, sharing and combining menu items, Bacon tapas if you will. Split into 3 sections of sides/snacks, mezzaluna sourdough filled sanwiches and more main type dishes. The glory of bacon is it stimulates all of the senses. Salt and fat mingle with sweetness, smoke and crunch and it has that extraordinary quality leaving you always wanting more.

Fun is never far away, bringing you £2 Chilli Dogs every Tuesday for the Chilli Dog Chow Down and the infamous Bacon Bad Thursday’s that brings you All You Can Eat Bacon every Thursday for £9.99. Once or twice a month on Sundays, Whiskey In The Jar sessions are put on that brings down the experts from Ambassadors to Master Distillers from different brands of Whiskey’s to give masterclasses and tasters – of course at no charge- all for the love of spreading the good name of Whiskey. Should you want a more personable touch there are also Whiskey Masterclasses available ranging from £15 per person to £45 per person for those of you with Whiskey in their blood.
