Court Farm Holiday Cottages in the heart of Exmoor National Park are ideal for walkers, horse riders, cyclists, dogs and their owners and anyone who wants to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the true English countryside. We have three charming, well-equipped cottages in a small hamlet close to the centre of Exford. Mountain Ash and Rowan cottages have two bedrooms and sleep up to four adults, Snowdrop cottage is a one-bedroom cottage sleeping two adults. All are dog-friendly with their own gardens and miles of walking direct from the front door. Heating, electricity and bed-linen are included in the price. Our cottages are all non-smoking, have wood burning stoves as well as central heating and all have wifi access.

Positioned on a bridleway adjacent to the River Exe, our cottages are also ideal if you want to bring your horse as we can provide stabling and grazing by arrangement. You can ride or walk directly on to Exmoor where you may see England’s largest wild animal, the Red Deer and the endangered Exmoor Pony as well as numerous varieties of birds and plants.

The excellent food pubs and village shops in Exford are less than a 10 minute walk away while the beaches of North Devon are only a 40 minute drive. Whether you are seeking an active or relaxing break you can be assured of a warm welcome at Court Farm.
