Martyndale Suites are situated close to the waterfront and promenade in Weston super Mare. There are seven, one and two bedroom flats in a Grade ll listed house in a late Georgian style. The house is part of Royal Crescent just one minute from the sea, and within flat easy walking to all the major features of Weston, including the Grand Pier, the high street, Grove park and the Jill Dando garden and the Winter Gardens. Many regular guests walk from either the bus facilities or the rail station and of course Weston is well served by the M% motorway.
The flats are 3star VisitEngland appraised, and offer at least two rooms including bedroom and lounge. All have kitchen full kitchen arrangements and ensuite shower rooms. The rooms are fully equipped with flat screen TV's, all linen is provided and laundry facilities are provided in the house. Whilst many guests come from the traditional towns of the Midlands and South Wales, Martyndale has been home from home in the last twelve months for guests from all over the British Isles, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Canada to name a few.
Weston is a fine location to stay with its modern promenade, pier and aquarium, it also has many areas natural beauty both around it and on its door step. Just one bay to the north and you have uninterrupted views of South Wales, the Somerset shoreline and wonderful walks along beaches and cliff tops. For history you are in the midst of English history, the Severn Channel Islands have forts and equipment from the Napoleonic wars those of the twentieth century. Within a hour you have Celtic history in Glastonbury, medieval in Wells, Georgian in Bath and Victorian in Bristol. Nearly all the locations listed can be reached by local transport.
Martyndale is a quiet location, near public bars, theatres and restaurants. The rates are very competitive and the normal week is Saturday to Saturday but longer and shorter periods can be arranged if we can help serve our guests. We have both typical holiday makers, but also enjoy welcoming business guests from home and abroad, students and family members staying in town whilst their loved ones are receiving treatment in local hospitals.
