Living Elements is a large airy, sunny house set in the countryside and its own half acre of garden with a huge outdoor hot tub and inside sauna. Family, child and pet friendly it is open all year round for weekend, week long and longer breaks - whether for work or pleasure. It is close to beaches, walks, the City, theatres and cinemas, lots of restaurants and a host of other attractions.
We especially welcome Hen party groups and families.
The house can sleep 6 plus 4 on sofa beds and by using another house opposite - Nature's Elements, we can sleep a further 6 guests!
We also have another house at a close but different location that can sleep up to 13 and had excellent wheelchair access too. See the website and search for "Palmer's".

Brilliantly situated on a rural part of the Peninsula it has easy access to all areas of the South Coast and beyond, including the A27, but you can choose to be quiet too. The Manhood Peninsula is bounded by three Harbours, miles of beaches and the City of Chichester and South Downs to the North. A beautiful area for wildlife, sea and skyscapes, a special micro-climate thanks to the Isle of Wight means we have more sun-hours too.

You may of heard of the Goodwood events - Festival of Speed, Glorious Goodwood, Goodwood Revival and more? (Motorsport and horse racing etc) They are always very popular so early booking is requested.

We LOVE to make your holiday a success and hope that our enthusiasm for the area and care and attention we give to the properties gets transferred to you too!
