In 1968 two members of the church at Fulneck decided to convert two almost derelict buildings to make a museum of Moravian artefacts not only concerning the history of the Fulneck settlement but of the Moravian Church.
This little gem is set in the Fulneck settlement in Pudsey near Leeds and coming unawares on the settlement feels like being catapulted back into the 18th century.
The museum and tours of the settlement make an excellent trip back in time and are a unique experience.
The museum and tours of the settlement are open/available between April and Heritage Open Day in mid September.
The museum opens between 2pm and 4pm on Wednesday and Saturday afternoons.
During the closed winter period bookings can be made for private viewings and tours.
