We offer a fitness and leisure club suited to all levels of fitness and ability.
The Highfield Leisure club boasts a salt water based swimming pool so there are no nasty chemicals added. It is just salty water that is filtered and then an electrolytic chlorinator kills bacteria and its returned to salt water. One of the advantages is that it leaves the skin feeling soft and is the same consistency as a tear drop so does not sting the eyes.
We pride ourselves on being a relaxed and friendly club for people of all abilities. Our facilities include a gym, swimming pool, steam room, sauna, spa and sun beds
Whether you want to get fit or just relax at the end of a hard day in our salt water based swimming pool, we can cater for all your needs. Our friendly staff are with you every step of the way
We have an air conditioned gym with a selection of equipment to help you tone up, lose weight and improve your general fitness. Choose from LifeFitness treadmills, cross trainers, rowing machines and bikes for a cardiovascular workout to increase fitness levels and burn fat. We also have a vibroplate, ab cruncher & air walker to choose from.
We also have a sauna providing 'dry heat' which is great for aching muscles after a workout. The steam room provides 'wet heat', this can be very good for the skin and an ideal way to relax after a workout. The spa with water jets will help to relieve aches and pains
Sun beds are also available at an additional charge. Tokens can be purchased from the Leisure Club or Hotel reception for £2 per 3mins. Alternatively you can buy sunbed sessions, please ask a member of staff for full prices
Our membership prices start at just £18.00 with a joining fee of £25.00 per adult and no long contracts.
