No45 is a 4 star family run B/B.near city centre of Edinburgh our home is a Victorian villa set in a quiet street, overlooking a grassy bowling green ,but just round the corner from the main bus route. There are buses every few minutes the walk into city takes 30 minutes or 5 mins on the bus into city,
We have a lovely lounge to sit and relax in after a busy day out.
