No.45 is a family run bed and breakfast, with over 30 years in the hospitality trade .
Our house is a Victorian villa refurbished to a high standard .with free Wi-Fi

No45.is situated just south of the city centre ,we are on the main bus route just 2 miles from centre .
Near most tourist attractions also nearby is Cameron Toll shopping centre .
Edinburgh Univercity and Royal Infirmary hospital is also nearby .
Our house look onto a grassy bowling green and we are in a quiet residential road but close to bus transport just 2 minutes away .
Our accommodation is decorated to a high starndard ,with good quality beds .
