Fairydean Mill is a hidden gem of a B & B just 16 miles from Central Edinburgh and close to Peebles.

The Mill has now been sympathetically extended to incorporate a beautiful family home with a nearby Cake Decorating Studio, producing some of the most stunning Wedding Cakes in Scotland.

The atmosphere is relaxed and luxurious. You may wake to the sounds of woodland birdsong and fall asleep to the echoing music of Fairydean Burn, which runs through the garden.

Fairydean Mill offers exceptional luxury B & B accommodation while you take time to experience and explore the Scottish Borders. There is much to see and do, so take time to plan your activities and get the best from your visit.
We have four beautifully appointed Bed and Breakfast rooms including:-
Fairydean Bridge - A Twin Room with French Windows overlooking the 19th Century Mill Bridge.

Fairydean Mill - A Luxury Double Room overlooking Fairydean Burn.

Fairydean Burn - A huge King Size Room with open plan Shower Room, French Windows to the Burn and outside seating.

Tree Top Suite - A Double & Twin Room with private seating area.

Whilst we are not registered as 5 star we do try to provide you with a five star B & B service.
