The Manor Tearoom and Garden has spectacular views across the Bristol Channel and is part of a substantial Georgian Manor.
The Tearoom is open every day except Thursday and serves a tempting array of cakes.

There are 2 holiday cottages on site: Possibility Cottage (2 bedroom, sleeps 4) and Realms House (3 bedrooms, sleeps 6). Both cottages have sea views and are in easy walking distance of the beach and the centre of Lynmouth.

The Manor is also home to Madrigal Brewery which produces a fabulous array of craft beer ranging from Blond beer to Poirter. There is a brewery shop selling individual bottles and gift boxes.
