Located in a rural location, this charming holiday home is set in Mid Wales, between Cardigan Bay and the Cambrian Mountains with plenty to see and do in the area for the whole family, from visits to the seaside, activities or just to relax and get away from it all.

Comprising of 2 bedrooms, one double and one single, kitchen/dining room, Cwtch room with leather sofa and wood burning stove, conservatory with views out to the garden with cycle storage available, bathroom with bath and separate shower and a separate home cinema with a DVD library where you can enjoy the evening watching a movie or two with a bowl of popcorn.

Located just outside Bwlch-Llan village surrounded by farm fields and views out to the Cambrian Mountains in the distance, located just 10 miles from the University town of Lampeter. Pet friendly (up to 2 dogs) and walkers and cyclists are welcome.
