Imagine a championship Golf Course that not only provides stunning views from its advantageous position along the coast in North Wales, but this 18-hole, Par 72, course, which measures 6,476 yards, also offers a combination of classic pot bunkers and huge greens, making it a testing course for golfers of all abilities. This is just what you can experience at CONWY GOLF CLUB.
Playable all year round, this must play golf course on the North Wales coast is the only Open Qualifying venue in Wales. Over the past six years Conwy has hosted the prestigious European Amateur Team Championship in 2009, the S4C Wales Ladies Championship of Europe in 2010 and its third European Senior tour event in 2012. We hosted the R & A Boys’ Home Internationals in 2015 and in 2016 we host the LGU Ladies’ Home Internationals.
These links provide a great test of golf all year round, as one would expect of an Open Qualifying course and whilst we strive to maintain these high standards, our objective is also to ensure that our members, visitors and societies enjoy their golf here.
Warm up on the excellent practice facilities with a driving range, chipping and practice putting areas before you enjoy your round.
The Club is also rightly proud of its modern Clubhouse, with its friendly Bar & Restaurant being the perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink, snack or meal with fellow players.
