Located near Guyra (north of Armidale NSW), Milani Trout Cottages is a popular holiday destination for fishermen, birdwatchers, bush walkers and those looking for a peaceful escape from the pressures of everyday life.
Trout fish the 6kms of stream, bush walk the 8000 acres of bush and farm land, bird watch or wildflower spot, sit and watch as platypus play or just soak in the tranquility of the scenery from any of the accommodation options. Our cabins are located in their own secluded spot right next to the stream. Both are self-contained and one also includes linen and towels. We also offer a dinner bed and breakfast option in the homestead.
As well as trout fishing you can take a guided and catered half-day or full day walk through our untouched bush land to see the wild flowers in season or to take in the birds and wildlife. Enjoy learning about our sustainable farming and life in the bush around a campfire stop (weather permitting). Walks are graded from easy to challenging. There is a self-guided option too.
We are a gold licence seller of fishing licenses and sell a small range of fishing gear, souvenirs and we hire rods as well.
