Apollo Power Yoga is the yoga studio at the heart of Christchurch's recovering Central City. Located on the ground floor of the Ibis Hotel building, we are close to many central city hotels and hostels, as well as other central city attractions and activities.
Our studio offers about 40 classes each week of powerful and strengthening yoga. Our teachers are trained in the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga method, and are highly skilled, knowledgeable and personable. Power Vinyasa yoga is accessible to all who wish to practice, from absolute beginners to advanced yoga practitioners.
Our classes are reasonably priced, and we offer a "Starter Fortnight" of 2 weeks unlimited practice for only $25. This package is available to tourists as well as residents. We have showers at the studio, and can rent yoga mats to those who don't have their own.
