-Our local guides are all monolingual and the 90% of our guides and of tour leaders are hired and not external, so they know perfectly all the itineraries and can perfectly manage tours in any occasion. They are also able to organize the time in order to have enough time to take care of all customers.
-All our tours are made by our vehicles; we do not rent external bus or minivans, so we can guarantee the 24h on 24 free booking of the tour.
-We do the most of our wine tasting, lunch and cooking class/ Pizza and Gelato in our restaurant in Florence and in our wine estate in Castellina in Chianti, named “CASA FRASSI”.
-Cancellation free of charge till 48h prior departure.
-Our booking is open 365 day a year and we guarantee assistance 24 hrs a day: the booking office is open from 7.30am to 11:00pm (local time) and we have an emergency number available from 11:00pm to 7.30am. We are always reachable, giving the best service to you and to your customers.
