Lynda Booth’s Dublin Cookery School is an award-winning cookery school situated in Blackrock, Co Dublin, a quick 15 minutes from the city centre. Housed in a state-of-the-art facility it offers the very best of what local artisans have to offer alongside a team of professional and industry experienced tutors. Voted Best Cookery School in Ireland in 2013 & 2015 by the Restaurant Association of Ireland, Dublin Cookery School runs a greatly varied schedule of evening, one day and one week cookery courses, as well as One Month Certificate courses and flagship professional Three Month Certificate programme. The school is also well suited to those making a brief visit to the city who want to take in a day class or for those who choose Ireland as a holiday destination and wish to a plan a week-long cookery adventure.

Lynda published her first cookbook, ‘From Lynda’s Table’ in 2013 for which she received rave reviews. The book was shortlisted for the ‘2014 Cookbook of the Year’ (Bord Gais Energy Book Awards) and reached the finals of the 2014 World Gourmand Cookbook Awards. Her second cookbook, 'Fearless Food' will be released in September 2017.
