In 1964, John & Helen Fascia began making candy in their Waterbury, CT home to supplement John’s livelihood as a toolmaker. With three young daughters helping out, Fascia’s Chocolates became the family’s full time passion and the business had to move out of the house.
Through each of the Waterbury locations the business outgrew, Fascia’s has continued to be a destination and tradition for our loyal customers.
Fascia’s Chocolates continues to be family owned and operated by the originating members and generation of the Fascia Family. All chocolates are still made in-house and in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness possible. In addition to chocolate, we also offer handmade gelato, an in house cakery to satisfy any made to order cakes, cupcakes, and lava cakes.

At Fascia's, everyone can experience their chocolate through a fun factory tour about the process of Bean-to-Bar and Bar-to-Box. This tour can also include the opportunity to Make Your Own chocolate bar! We also host birthday parties where kids have a private room for a chocolate show and tell and to design their own chocolate pizza!
