Wood-Fired Pizza Night
Every friday night (mid-May - mid- Oct) from 5:30-9:30 we bake 12" artisan pizzas in our handmade earthen oven. They are $12/$13 (spelt) each and the proceeds help "keep the farm running".
We offer three types to choose from each night and use our own homemade sauce and organic farm topping ingredients. Cheeses come from nearby Calkins Creamery. We bake 00 wheat and spelt crust pizza (for those with gluten or wheat sensitivities spelt is a better choice). We also have gluten free crusts available.
For 2018 live music begins around 7:30 PM. Rain is not an issue as we now have an additional covered outdoor dining area built for the 2017 season
We no longer accept reservations. Depending on your arrival time your wait time for pizza can be anywhere from ten minutes to forty minutes. Typical wait times are usually around 20-30 minutes. We are cash only.
