The Country Club also houses the relaxed and informal Adam’s Brasserie. Lined with the photographs of films, which were partly shot in the hotel, the Adam’s Brasserie serves fine cuisine and more familiar fare in a distinctly laid back setting. The menu features a range of imaginative dishes, as well as more traditional favourites including the Luton Hoo burger.

For exquisite fine dining there can be few more spectacular settings than the Wernher Restaurant. Named after one of Luton Hoo’s most distinguished former owners, it has been awarded two coveted AA Rosettes, and continues to forge an unrivalled reputation for creating exciting dishes with a modern twist using British sourced produce.
