Budemeadows is a great family owned and operated touring site situated near Bude in beautiful North Cornwall. Surrounded by mature hedgerows providing shelter, our grass, hard standing and Premier (with water and drainage) pitches are arranged in small groups separated by hedging or picket fences. Open all year, Budemeadows is a busy family site during the Whitsun & Summer holidays, but out of season provides a quiet bolt hole without the bustle of summer.
The large play area with swings, slides and a zip wire will keep the kids amused and for the older ones there’s a games room with pool table and table football.
From Whitsun to the end of August our heated pool is kept properly warm and our shop and Grumpy Pete’s Bar open for provisions and refreshments. Grumpy Pete’s is family friendly and serves freshly ground coffee, real hot chocolate and the usual bar fare including local beers and cider. During Whitsun and the main Summer school holidays our takeway provides reasonably priced hot food.
Convenient for the surf and sand at Widemouth Bay and Bude we are also close to the attractions of North West Devon and the rest of Cornwall is easy to reach.
