Joined-Up Holidays is situated on a small working farm in beautiful Teesdale, Co Durham, less than a mile from Hamsterley Forest, and offers farmhouse style BnB in large comfortable rooms either en-suite or with a private bathroom, for walkers, families, business users, dog lovers, horse riders, cyclists, mountain bikers, artists and many more.

We are pet friendly, child friendly and eco-friendly as well as having accessible, ground level, accommodation in our barn conversion which is suitable for the able bodied and wheelchair users and is home to our rare breed sheep, pigs, poultry and horses. Stabling and grazing is available if you wish to bring your horses on holiday with you as we are an approved British Horse Society Horses Welcome site.

We also have a Camping and Caravan Club Certified site which is open from April to October. There is a footpath and bridleway directly from the campsite into nearby Hamsterley Forest which offers over 5000 acres of sheltered, scenic tracks and trails and is a haven for nature and wildlife lovers as well as many activities for families and children.

Barnard Castle, a pretty market town, is 8 miles away and Bishop Auckland is approx 10 miles away, with Durham City, Castle and Cathederal, all within easy reach. The National Railway Museum at Shildon, Egglestone Hall Gardens, Auckland Castle and Kynren, Bowes Museum, High Force waterfall, Raby Castle, Beamish Museum and many more great walks, shops, restaurants, pubs and attractions make Teesdale a great base for visitors.
