We are a comfortable B & B in a very pleasant residential road,approximately 1 mile from the centre of Hastings, offering a double bedroom with king size bed, TV, tea/coffee making facilities together with an adjacent twin bedded room, both rooms sharing a shower/bathroom in a private area. The 2 rooms are only let together, so it is all completely private. We can accommodate 2, 3 or 4 people. We offer a delicious breakfast with toast, coissants, home made preserves, tea/coffee, yoghurt, fruit, fruit juices, choice of cereals and of course a full english or continental. Special requests regarding can be observed. There is a gated driveway for parking safely and an outside sitting area.
