Infamous Catering is a small boutique catering company in the beautiful forest of dean.
Run by me, Barney, locally Infamous for my passion for British, in season (where possible locally sourced) ingredients to produce superb home cooked food with a world of #unforgettableflavours.
I cater for private dinner parties at your home or in your holiday cottage. Business lunches and events, Weddings (with a focus on great value options), and pretty much anything else your imagination can conjur up to do with food!
So long as it sounds interesting,from dietary requirements to vegan just name it, I love a challenge!
I enjoy cooking in many styles having visited 40+ countries in my pursuit of fascinating tastes and flavour combinations.
But my very favorite things to cook are:-
Vegetarian food (that will leave even the staunchest carnivore in your group satisfied)
Forest of Dean Wild Boar, Game and foraged foods.
Outdoor/camp fire cooking banquettes.
Whatever you have in mind from a cookery lesson to a pool party get in touch and I will look after you personally from start to finish.
