A trip to London would not be complete without popping into a pub for a drink. British pubs are unique. So why not have an exclusive pub experience with an expert on a tour that was described by Viator as the Top Global Experience 2012 and has been awarded Viator’s Best British Experience 2014 and 2015. This is a private tour for your group only from 1 to 6 people and is the equivalent of doing a pub crawl with a friend with good chats and good drinks.

Take a tour around a selection of unforgettable and authentic historic pubs that (depending on the day of the week) might include a Victorian gin palace; an art nouveau public house; a Restoration ale-house; and an arts & crafts treasure, the only one of its kind in the world. All abound with history, character, and good beer.

This is a walking tour with Jane Peyton – Britain’s first Beer Sommelier of the Year (2014). Jane is an expert in alcohol, pubs, architecture, British customs, and has written books on all those subjects. She is Britain's Drinks Educator of the Year (2016) through her work with the drinks consultancy she founded - School of Booze. Jane is also a Guinness World Record holder for hosting the world's largest beer tasting tutorial (1,236 people).

On your tour you will visit unforgettable pubs and drink excellent beer (or cider if you prefer) and as you walk between pubs Jane will regale you with fascinating facts and plenty of history about the areas you walk through.

Tours run Monday-Saturday depending on availability and last for up to 3 hours.
