We’re the group behind Goodman, Burger & Lobster and Beast. We do a few things really well: meat, drinks and nice people! Zelman Meats is a modern day, easier steak restaurant named in honour of our boss, Misha Zelman.

We have one site in Soho and this is our little sister residency on the Fifth Floor of Harvey Nichols.

Expect a small yet perfectly formed version of Soho with a few tweaks. We have an amazing selection of fine wines by the glass, or a large range of alcohol free beverages if you prefer. We have included Halal meat options on the menu as well as some Wagyu cuts. Our menu changes daily depending on available cuts and the mood of our chefs and we offer daily lunchtime specials too.
