The old village of Felpham offers pubs and restaurants, all within easy walking distance as is the seaside town of Bognor Regis. Historic Chichester and Arundel are close by also. Portsmouth ferry port is approx 30 mins driving time away. Goodwood horse racing and motor circuit plus Fontwell National Hunt racing are also a short drive from Felpham.
