Explore the Pembrokeshire coast at sea level, cruising along the rocky shore on a stand up paddle board. Venture into hidden coves and caves as you drift along on a calm glassy sea. No experience necessary, minimum age 8 years and we'll supply all the kit.
Sea too rough to SUP? Try surfing the awesome Pembrokeshire waves instead!
Meet us at the beach, we'll have you riding the waves in no time. We supply all the equipment to get you up and away, from beginner to improvers level we will give you some top tips.
All you will need is a taste for adventure, a love of water and some swimwear....you don't have to be a strong swimmer as both our activities are suitable for non- swimmers. Our guides will be right with you at all times keeping you super safe and making sure you are having fun!
