After almost 12 years of serving Sydney, it is an honour to be named the 2016 Formal Seafood Restaurant of the Year.

Enjoy an extensive collection of award winning wines from some of the worlds best growing regions. Each variety has been chosen especially to complement our seasonal menu. Of course you can always select your own favourite from our wine cellar, a magnificent six metre wall of wine, where 750 bottles of red wine are suspended onto a rich gold coloured Thai silk wall covering.

Our unique space incorporates two private dining areas, The Arcadia Room and The Wine Room, along with our extremely popular dedicated raw-food bar. Flying Fish guests can utilise the entire restaurant for sit-down events with up to 150 guests or cocktail parties for up to 200 guests.
